HOW TO ORDER
Easy peasy!
There are two ways you can place an order with us:
1. Through our online store:
• You can select the quantity, size and other characteristics of your tokens or, you will also be able to upload your designs and make the payment of your order.
• Once you have placed the order, it will be processed and we will send you a digital proof with your design for your approval.
• When we receive your design approval, we will automatically start the production of your order.
2. Or you can request an offer:
• Make sure to send us the Size of your tokens.
• Material, color, and quantity desired.
• Upload the design(s) you would like to print on your tokens.
• Within one business day we will get back to you with your quote and digital proof.
Payment:
• You can make the payment of your order by bank transfer, Paypal, or credit card.
Once we receive your confirmation approving your quote and digital proof, we will start the production of your order.
• Current production time is 3 weeks
• Your order will be shipped with UPS or DHL.
